· Review and follow-up on backorders daily
· Follow-up on Stopped Ordering Reports
· Qualifying manufacture leads with follow-up and appointments
· Search for new or hard to find products that customers requested
· Help resolve and communicate customer issues, backorders and product inquiries
· Research alternative products for customers
· Assist with drop shipments or overnight deliveries requested by customer
· Assist with bids and pricing requests
· Help ensure the proper samples, studies and literature are sent to customers for product evaluations
· Assist with quotes for complex capital quotes
· Resolve customer complaints and assist with returned items
· Support sales with all aspects of the sales process for customers in remote locations
· Analyzing and running reports in Excel
· Monitors account manager questions and complaints and acts as a liaison between the account manager and various company departments.

· Participates in product training classes
· Able to use a computerized data entry and/or computer tracking system
· May maintain records and assist in the preparation of required reports
· Maintain positive professional communication with all account managers, customers, and departments
· Assist sales team in configuring complex product solutions such as hose assemblies, blenders, custom products and other specialty products and equipment.
· Provide assistance to account managers by resolving product and process inquiry/providing guidance in oral/written form. |
